One thing about having this project on a blog, it shows how little and how long ago I did anything, and drives me to take at least some kind of step toward the goal.
Re: Write-Speak content: I got a very good book about how to write a self-help book, one of the few I actually think is helpful and I'm looking through it now.
Of course, content isn't the problem with any of these big workshops, scheduling and organizing and publicizing them is the problem.
Monday I'm going to Albany to do a double-pledge (on +40 and R2C, I think) and I wonder if I should also arrange to do a Write/Speak workshop. On an additional day. I bet people would sign up for that in Albany, since I've done so many of the other workshops already. Hmm. Maybe I'll write Scott.

BLOGGING FOR PROGRESS ON THIS PROJECT
I shall try to see if blogging a daily diary of my progress on my many projects will help me keep moving on all fronts. This is one that has been waiting for a number of years, a program I do in shorthand, dozens of times a years, for individuals, or shoot out way too fast at workshops, and would love to teach (in lovely surroundings, if possible!)
Here's what I told my Scanner Retreat buddy, Helga, I wanted to do (and she very kindly reminded me today via an email):
1. Schedule a few 3-day Retreats for Scanners in the U.S. in 2007
2. Schedule a few 1-day workshops for Write/Speak (for people who want to do what I do).
3. Schedule the next steps for Write/Speak: This will be part one of a program one can follow through to completion. Starts with 1-day workshops, moves to 10-week online program to help you design and get material for your book and begin working on becoming a comfortable speaker at the same time and, if I have time and think the work will be completed with my ongoing help, a monthly coaching program for selected applicants.
